Occasionally orders arrive not as expected. Our intention is to remedy such situations as quickly as possible.
Returns? Exchanges? You can count on a prompt and courteous exchange or refund of the merchandise purchase price.
- Return merchandise within 180 days. Please follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip.
- Send via trackable parcel post, UPS, or FedEx.
- Ship back your return item at your expense. We will incur shipping charges for replacing an exchange item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Call Customer Service (888-274-4003 M-F, 8-4:30 Pacific Time) for additional assistance; please have your invoice ready when you call.
Damaged Item? Please let us know immediately if you receive a damaged item.
- Keep the original shipping carton, as well as all packing materials. Please do not return the item to us unless we ask you to send it back.
Wrong Item? Please contact us immediately if you believe you have received the wrong item.
- Despite our best efforts, occasionally we make mistakes. We will incur all return shipping charges for our errors.
