My kids have discovered sand art. They pour layers of different colored sand into bottles or make pictures on sticky paper. These little pinch decanters help a group of kids share the different colors. We fill each decanter with one of the colors and put the decanters into muffin tins so they are less likely to get knocked over. The decanters help to control the flow of sand. The sand I bought comes in 8 colors so we use 8 decanters. The children say they are great.
