We use these for snack. It's perfect for the students hands as they refill water into their little glass cups. The spout helps directs the water into the cup, the handle is perfect for their hands to hold. It is easy to clean and does not break easily. If it does, it does not shatter but break into big pieces. Perfectly safe if you have an accident with broken glass.
We use this often in our home for our young children to pass a drink around the table to refill their cups, or for milk for their cereal. We also use it as a beautiful flower vase for recently picked flowers. The 8oz size is great for our younger children who have smaller cups or portions of breakfast cereal. I wish I would've bought the other sizes too. I love having appropriately-sized daily use items in our house for the children. In addition, it reinforces their skills they are learning at their school.
