The For Small Hands School Credit Promotion is an opportunity for any school or educational institution to earn credit for Free Materials from Montessori Services. Last year, 281 schools earned over $100 in credit and 46 schools earned $300 or more. Qualifying For Small Hands orders (placed Sept. 1 – Dec. 31) not only earn credit, but also support families and children at home with teacher-selected, age-appropriate, child-size items that encourage independence, creativity, and problem solving. Schools distribute For Small Hands catalogs and earn credit based on the merchandise total of orders:
- 10% credit for orders from $25 to $350
- NEW! 15% credit for orders $350 or more.
- For example:
- A $350 order earns $52 in credit.
- A $1000 order earns $150 in credit.
- A $3000 order earns $450 in credit.
Orders can earn credit from Sept. 1 – Dec. 31.

Two types of orders can earn credit:
- Group Orders: Your school can collect and combine For Small Hands orders from families into one large Group Order (one payment, shipped to one address). When it arrives, the school distributes it to families.
- Tend to generate more enthusiasm and earn more credit, but can be more work to coordinate (many schools ask their PTO or recruit a parent volunteer).
- Can qualify for FREE regular shipping (to one U.S. address) if ordered by Oct. 31 and over $350—NEW later deadline and lower threshold! (Otherwise, families still save on shipping by ordering as a group.)
- Individual Orders: Your school can invite families (or anyone) to place personal orders from For Small Hands, designating your school as the credit recipient.
- Require less work, but usually earn less credit.
- Can be placed with a Custom Earn Credit Link to automatically assign credit to your school.
- Can be paid for by credit card and shipped directly to the customer.

- Order FREE For Small Hands catalogs to distribute to your families. You may also distribute links to our eCatalog and website electronically, but we recommending doing this in addition to paper catalogs, as schools that distribute the paper catalogs get higher participation.
