Individual language objects, like "pin" can be used for a variety of language and sound games.
Objects are selected for the kind of word they represent: 3- and 4-letter phonetic words, 2-syllable phonetic words, words with phonogram sounds, or for the beginning sound of the word they represent.
The "pin" is a plastic diaper pin and is 1½" long.
