I thought I was buying a PILLOW (soft stuffing inside) for a 2 year old. There was no mention of the size of the item or the fact that it was made of PLASTIC and most importantly, that it was INFLATABLE. I will give it to my grandaughter when she’s a bit older. I feel its your responsibility to include theses facts in your description.

Dear Customer, I apologize for any confusion but it sounds as though you did not remove this item from the packaging it was shipped in. The soft cloth pillows come vacuum packed in a plastic bag. Vacuum packing is a method of packaging that removes air from the package prior to sealing. When you open the packaging the pillow will puff up (it does not need to be inflated). Shipping the pillows this way keeps them clean and allows for them to be shipped more efficiently. Please let me know if I can assist you further. Thank you very much for your order. There’s no country Serbia in the ball which is upsetting. My husband is from Serbia we wanted our daughter to know where it is since we can’t travel to see her grandparents now. When I reached out to customer service they told me they are not responsible for giving me a pre paid return label. I’m not satisfied with this service.

I am excited to have this product in our beginning geography collection for my 2 and 4 year old. The vibrant colors are perfect for color identification for our 2 year old. The over 600 labeled countries helped my 4 year old begin to identify areas of the country that we hold dear, like his place of birth.
