The fact you get 6 glasses is perfect. You're not having to constantly wash the same glass over and over in one day. It's great for being a mama with little spare time for extra washing. They're perfectly sized, too!
My 12-month old baby LOVES his little glasses. When I first gave it to him, he gulped down three full glasses in a row. With his silicone cup, he barely drank at all. Now he can’t get enough. He loves copying us so it makes sense. It has fallen on the ground once without shattering.
I was hesitant at first and my wife thought I was crazy, but these glasses came highly recommended from a trusted source (parent of 20 mo) so we wanted to give it a shot. Our baby (15 mo) did incredibly well with this set. It took a couple of tries for her to figure it out, but once she did, she absolutely loved feeling like a big girl drinking out of a cup, like Mommy and Daddy. Very safe and very effective. There will be a lot of spilling so highly recommend starting with water only. Expect to change many wet shirts (though I'm sure you're already used to that).

First of all, these are regular shot glasses, if I had known that I would not have ordered them, I could have gone anywhere for shot glasses, I expect a Montessori service to offer something I cannot necessarily find almost literally anywhere else. And while the glasses are great for small hands, when one breaks it shatters into a million tiny sharp pieces, instead of-what would be more safe-larger pieces-I mean it literally shatters.
At first we were surprised at how tiny these glasses are, but they are for our 2 and 3 year old students, and we now find them to be perfect! The children can hold them easily, they have sturdy bases, and they\ children can't drink more than they need. We love them! When students turn 4, they get a glass the next size up.
We purchased these as our baby's first weaning glass when he was 6 months old. I love everything about it except it's sturdiness. We lost 75% of them due to breakage. One spontaneously shattered in the cabinet. One broke in the dishwasher after being shifted around during the wash. Others shatter to a million pieces hitting the tile floor in the kitchen. I understand the importance of breakage, but these are too fragile.
I am a retired montessori teacher after 38 yrs and I purchased these glasses along with plates, bowls, pitchers and utensils for my 2 yr old great nephew who is a Montessori toddler. His parents are thrilled to have the same items at home where he can continue his work!
I bought this set of glasses for my 7 month old granddtr., but they are also her 2 1/2 and 5 year old brothers' favorite sized glasses and they do have the next size up.
