These are the best boxes for language materials in the Montessori classroom. And they have many other uses there too, easily opened by the children and clear to display whatever is inside. These would also be good if you are setting up a space in your home for your child to find the activities he or she likes readily accessible and neatly organized.
I spent north of $65 on 12 of these plastic boxes. Great size and I like that they are crystal clear plastic. I wish it was possible to get less brittle plastic boxes of this size and shape in clear plastic, but I've never found any. These are always breaking when young students accidentally mishandle them. Plastic, especially such brittle plastic, shouldn't cost this much.
