I love these little readers. They are mostly phonetic, cute without being too frou frou, funny without being silly. These are good for younger ages who are still building up reading stamina.

Miss Rhonda's Readers Set 2 Set of 8 books for beginning readers from Miss Rhonda's Readers
The limited text on each page and engaging stories and artwork gave my eight-year-old a huge boost of confidence without making him feel like he was reading something for 4-6 year-olds. He has vision therapy issues which make too much information on a page overwhelming for him. He was reading BOB Books in preschool, but the rigorous public school reading curriculum in K-1st left him with reading anxiety and a lack of confidence. These books were a break through for him! We have since ordered all the Miss Rhonda products including the word cards. Worth the money. More please!
